Refund Policy

At ITKI UTKI, we aim to provide a smooth and transparent shopping experience. This Refund Policy explains when and how refunds are processed for eligible orders.

1. Eligibility for Refund

A refund may be issued in the following situations:

  • An order is cancelled before shipment and payment has already been made.
  • A refund is approved under our Return & Exchange Policy.
  • The ordered product is unavailable after payment has been received.
  • An incorrect amount has been charged due to a technical or payment-related error.
  • Any other situation where ITKI UTKI determines that a refund is appropriate.

2. Refund Processing

Once a refund is approved, we will initiate the refund to the original payment method used for the order.

The time taken for the amount to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank, card issuer, UPI provider, or payment gateway.

3. Cash on Delivery Orders

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, a refund will only be applicable if an amount has actually been collected from the customer.

If a COD order is cancelled or refused before any payment is made, there is no payment to refund.

4. Partial Refunds

In certain circumstances, only a partial refund may be issued where applicable. Any such refund will be communicated to the customer before processing.

5. Refund for Cancelled Orders

If a prepaid order is successfully cancelled before shipment, the eligible amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

If the order has already been shipped, the cancellation may not be eligible for an immediate refund and will be handled according to our Return & Exchange Policy.

6. Refund Status

If you believe that your refund has not been received within the expected processing time, please contact us with your order number and payment details.

We will review the transaction and assist you with the refund status.
